Q: I’m buying a house in this neighborhood. What Do I need to know about dues?
A: Welcome to the neighborhood! Dues are annual and voluntary. They pay for a great number of services. Read the article “From the Board” on Page 2 in this newsletter to learn more. We ask for dues each year in September, and our year goes from September to August. If you’re not sure whether you’re current, check your check book or credit card records to see when you last paid, and if you can’t find it, contact our Treasurer.
Q: Why can’t I comment on this website?
A: Nextdoor is available for all neighbors to connect with one another and share comments and thoughts. We encourage you to comment and share on that site.
Q: Where can I find information about the Constable Patrol program?
A: The program is an independent entity organized by neighbors within Vermont Commons. For more information, click here.
Q: How do I know when to put out my trash and recycling?
A: Download the free Rollout! Houston iPhone app for instant Trash & Recycle schedule reminder. You can also check the city’s website here.
