Robin Green gave a treasurer’s report. Jeanette mentioned that a city council person is going to come talk to us about the Fairview construction that is being planned.
TIRZ planned work on streets were mentioned.
Constable patrol set to start Mar 1. More info coming. Park Civic & Vermont Commons combined for the patrol.
Coffee for Feb 11 at the home of Jan Johnson was mentioned.

David Hoyer highlighted that there are deed restriction for homes that will be built at Brun & Indiana. The builders are aware of the restrictions. Both David Hoyer & Andy Tallin will monitor the construction to catch deed restriction violations. There was a discussion of deed restrictions. Deed restriction monitoring in VCCA goes back 10-12 yrs.
Nancy Higgs introduced the evening’s speaker: Dr. John Graham. Dr. Graham discussed services and information from the Institute for Spirituality and Health, including studies indicating the impact spiritualism can have on health. For more, visit ish-tmc.org.
